one further remark.....
Oscar...some might suggest that 'repetition + imagination + pornography = unique or artistic pornography' and most objects in this category are in private collections, as VT7 said.
The 'uniqueness' of a 'work' of art is interesting. A work like the Watts Towers has little context, but most artworks have a great deal of contextual baggage...are you referring to a unique way of interpreting this historical context?
