Looking for a water resistant 'sandbag'
Howdie,
I use the tubes of sand sold for weighting down trucks for the winter. The sand is enclosed in plastic and then in a woven plastic mesh. These are made to be exposed to the elements. I empty out some of the sand and resew them into two small tubes.
