Imaging Work
Hey guys, thanks for the advice and links on cutting blades.
I think, for a while, I will put away the grinder and stick to my point and
tooth. I still have a lot to learn about the basics and enjoy the sound of
my hammer. And because I never get to work till around 10 pm, I think my
neighbors will appreciate the lack of grinding.
One more thing. I have a good slide record of my Father's work. I would
like to scan them to disk. There is a local photography store that will do
it and they have a good reputation. My question is, have any of you ever
rented a slide scanner? Would that be cheaper? When you take slides in, do
they clean them first?
Again, thanks in advance.
Have a great Thursday!
