one-man stone
In "Landscaper Lingo" (a language I'm pretty well versed in), one man
stones are up to about 150 lbs. Two mans are double.
We use the term all too regularly, without often stopping to think just
what the heck it means.
I personally have "one-manned" rocks up to about 500 lbs for use around
home. A forklift puts it into my truck, then ramps, blocks, & levers
can reasonably easily maneuver this size into place for landscape
applications.
