Balancing a 7" grinding cup wheel

I don't know George.  This is the first grinding cup that I've owned.
I've since purchased a 4" and it has no vibration problems.  I probably
should have tried to sent it back.  But it was the weekend and I wanted
to use it.  I purchased it via mail order so not that convenient.  I
don't recall there being a lot vibration when new.

It works OK.  It's easy to get a smooth surface but it may not be
necessarily flat.  That takes more effort, checking with a straight
edge, then trying only to grind the high areas, and repeat.
