Well, if you don't want to spend the time and energy of building that dirt
ramp, I'd suggest using either a heavy duty engine hoist from a rental
yard, or building an A frame that you can hang a chain hoist on to do the
lift. Getting it across the 20 feet isn't much of a problem. As
suggested, make a runway from plywood, or some 2x planks, use a leaver to
raise the stone enough to get the appropriate length 2 inch PVC pipe under
and commence rolling the stone to where it needs to go. depending on the
length of the stone, 4-5 pieces of pipe should be enough. A helper is
always nice, but you can probably do this yourself if need be.
