Moving 3000lbs?
A crud version of the deadman is sometimes used by 4x4ers. Bury a spare
tire, angled so that it continues to dig in as pulled on. Connect your
come-a-long to it and the stone. This is a product that does basically
the same thing

Use large straps around the stone, 3" or larger recovery straps,
available at stores like Northern Tool, Harbor Fright, Princess Auto
(Canada), and a "Tree saver" strap around the spare tire. Don't use a
spare you need.
Before doing that I might try to get a floor jack under the stone, jack
it up and put some round pipes under it.

Quoted text begins. If you don't have large trees to anchor off, or room for vehicles to
maneuver around in, this might work. In mountaineering people use
snow anchors known as deadmen.
End of quote.
