Where is everyone?
Quoted text begins. Not sure if it would be over kill but a diamond blade will cut just
about anything
End of quote.
I've found that a diamond blade really is overkill on softer stone.
Those reinforced masonry blades that look like grinding wheels for metal
seem to work better.
Soft stone, soft wheel. Hard stone, diamond. Makes sense to me.
I also try to use the silicon carbide grinding wheels for as much grinding
as possible. Save that costly diamond tooling for things like granite and
it's cousins.
